Welcome to the VCH educator (and related role) community! VCH is a large regional health authority, and this page is a great way to form connections across. Check this page periodically for education related news and information. It is always a good idea to check the educator contact lists to form connections across VCH with educators in similar units/programs.
The VCH Educator Hub was developed as a collaborative between Regional Clinical Education, Professional Practice & Learning Technologies. Thank you to the hard work of the New Educator Orientation Working Group for their dedication to this exciting project.

New Educator Orientation Regional Zoom
Click the link below to register for a 2 hour meeting created a better awareness of regional teams and the resources they offer here at VCH. There will be short presentations from the Regional Clinical Education, Quality, and Professional Practice teams. Connect with other leaders in education and participate in discussion to help support your role transition.

New Educator Orientation Officially Launched!
March 29th marked the launch of the New Educator Orientation (NEO) which includes this website as a 'Hub' for all Educators throughout their professional journey here at VCH. This program was created to support all nursing and allied health staff in education roles around the region. NEO was expanded to include four modules (check out the 'Learn' tab above) and a zoom session for new educators to meet the Clinical Education, Professional Practice & Quality teams as a start to their educator journey. The NEO program has also had its face-to-face sessions revamped! Any current educators are welcome to complete all or parts of the program as a refresher. Please connect with your Regional Clinical Educator to register.
This VCH Educator Hub is open to all VCH employees who do any form of education within their role. We hope you enjoy these new resources!
